StartUp4Good online incubator for social impact startups: application deadline: April 28, 2024

The Ukrainian Social Venture Fund in cooperation with WNISEF and SILab Ukraine invite you to a free training program on social entrepreneurship. The program is designed for proactive groups with a business concept, registered organizations or startups that have recently started entrepreneurial activities and address a social, humanitarian or environmental issue.

The StartUp4Good program is intended to support the following initiatives:

  • Employment of veterans, IDPs, the disabled and other vulnerable groups;
  • Provision of social, psychological, rehabilitation services to the military, IDPs, etc;
  • Resolving environmental problems, in particular those that have arisen as a result of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine;
  • Activities related to innovative solutions and problem solving in the social, cultural, environmental, or humanitarian spheres.

Up to 22 teams will be selected for the program. Applications will be evaluated based on the following criteria: a solid idea or plan for creating a social enterprise, a team of two or more people, the significance of social impact, the feasibility of the business plan, and commitment to attend all online classes.

Based on the results of their participation in the program and pitching their business plan to the jury and investors, 5 projects will be awarded €12,000 each for launch or further development.

The program is implemented by the USVF and funded by WNISEF in partnership with SILab Ukraine. Funds to support the 5 winning companies will be provided under the #Collaborate4Impact project, backed by the EU and implemented by Impact Europe.
