Bohdan Shevchenko

Bohdan Shevchenko joined UMAEF as an Investment Analyst in November 2025.

Bohdan supports the SME Direct Investments Program, a key initiative aimed at driving the growth and resilience of SMEs in Ukraine and Moldova.

Bohdan brings over three years of professional experience in investment analysis, corporate finance, and M&A. Most recently, he worked as an Investment Analyst at BrightOne Capital, where he led cross-border M&A projects, conducted financial modeling, prepared investment due diligence materials, developing expertise in insurance-tech, agriculture, food-tech, and retail sectors. Prior to that, he was an Associate at PwC Kyiv, contributing to audits and financial analyses across oil & gas, retail, agriculture, and energy industries, while building strong analytical and reporting skills.

Bohdan holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from Kyiv National Economic University. We are thrilled to welcome Bohdan to the UMAEF team and look forward to his analytical mindset, professionalism, and commitment contributing to the work with SMEs in the region.
