Elaine McCormack

Elaine McCormack has served as Corporate Secretary of Ukraine-Moldova American Enterprise Fund since 2022.  She joined UMAEF in January 2007 as Executive Assistant.  In her role, Ms. McCormack supports the UMAEF Board of Directors and management team, with responsibilities that include coordination and preparation of materials for Board and Committee meetings, maintaining UMAEF’s corporate records and filings, serving as the organization’s Notary Public, managing the Chicago office, and supporting UMAEF’s day-to-day operations.

Prior to joining UMAEF, Ms. McCormack gained extensive experience in administration, organizational management, communication, and legal support through her positions as Executive Assistant at Merrill Lynch supporting the Vice Chairman of Investment Banking, and Legal Secretary at Condon & Cook Law Firm supporting the Founding Partners.  She holds a diploma in Office Administration, Technology, and Accounting from the Euro Institute of Office Technology, Dublin, Ireland.
