Nicoleta Mogildea

Nicoleta Mogildea has jointed UMAEF as a Project Coordinator in September 2024 and is supporting the Innovation, Education, and Entrepreneurship Program in Moldova.

Nicoleta brings a dynamic background in marketing and administrative support, with an understanding of the local start-up ecosystem, telecoms, and human resources sector. Her professional journey includes experience as an HR Administrator at Orange Systems, where she enhanced her operations skills and developed a strong passion for projects that contribute to the success of resilient businesses. Nicoleta also gained valuable experience at the Moldova School of Journalism and Noction, where she contributed to creating marketing strategies and developing learning and development programs with workshops and trainings.

Nicoleta holds a BSc in Economics from the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova and has additional certifications in UX Design, Digital Marketing, and Project Management.
