Oleh Krochak

Oleh Krochak joined the Ukraine-Moldova American Enterprise Fund (UMAEF) as Legal Counsel in September 2024.

Oleh brings over 30 years of legal experience, including over a decade with the Ukrainian Leadership Academy. He has held key positions such as Legal Director at Oilgas Group Demetra LLC and Deputy Director at Trade House Ukrbud LLC, with expertise in corporate legal matters, public procurement procedures, foreign contracts. His career also includes leading legal departments at major organizations like Ukrgasvydobuvannia (Naftogaz) and TNK-BP Commerce LLC.

Oleh earned his law degree from Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University and has been a member of the Ukrainian Bar Association since 2000. He also holds certification in public procurement procedures, adding to his impressive qualifications.

In addition to his professional work, Oleh is actively involved in supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine through his volunteer efforts.
