Leading Ukrainian accelerator Mission Possible opens applications for startup founders

Mission Possible has announced the launch of applications for its acceleration program for Ukrainian founders of innovative products.
Over five months, participants will build their products through close collaboration with mentors from leading Ukrainian tech companies (MacPaw, Jooble, Ajax, Uklon, Headway Inc., and others) and take part in an entrepreneurship program at Oxford.

Program partners: UMAEF, u.ventures, Oxford Saïd Business School, and Kooperativ.

Who can apply

Startup founders with traction (MVP, first users) who aim for scaling and investment.

“At Mission Possible, we believe that the future of a strong Ukraine is built by entrepreneurs creating global companies. Over two years, 60+ founders from our program have raised more than $1.5M in investment. Our latest cohort received 200+ applications, and our online program YNBA received over 580. This clearly shows that Ukrainian entrepreneurship is possible. While the military protects us, we’re doing our part — building an ecosystem where Ukrainian businesses can grow, scale, and win.”
Sviat Sviatnenko,
Chairman of Mission Possible and Managing Director at Endeavor in Ukraine

The program’s greatest strength is its community — the quality of which sets Mission Possible apart from other accelerators. This is a space where every founder leaves with more than they came with: new solutions, contacts, investors, and support.

What participants receive

  • Investment readiness and access to 20+ funds, angels, and the community
  • 300+ hours of mentorship
  • Oxford Saïd Business School program
  • Office space at Kooperativ
  • Demo Day with investors
  • An active community that stays with you long after the program
  • Growth Experiment Credits: up to $6000 for hypothesis testing
  • Lectures, workshops, and Q&A sessions

Participation terms: 2.5% equity.
Format: 5 months of in-person programming in Kyiv.

“Mission Possible’s mission is to support the boldest founders — those who are not afraid to build during the war and think globally. We’ve created an environment where a startup can grow twice as fast as it would alone. When founders are ready to invest in their product, we are ready to invest even more — with experience, mentorship, investors, and community.”
Dmytro Koshelnyk,
Chief Portfolio Officer, Mission Possible

“Mission Possible became an accelerator for me in the literal sense.
Here, your way of thinking changes, decisions are made faster, and the product you build has a real chance to become global.
The mentors and the community made it clear: there’s no time for slow cycles.
Today we’re speaking with venture funds around the world — and this would not have happened without Mission Possible.”
Bohdan Drehaupt,
CEO of Cross Check, participant of the first cohort
