Western NIS Enterprise Fund Welcomes Stella Jemna as Country Representative for Moldova

Western NIS Enterprise Fund (WNISEF), a leading international investment fund, is pleased to announce the appointment of Stella Jemna as the new Country Representative for Moldova. With her extensive experience in project management and deep knowledge of government relations, Stella brings a wealth of expertise to the organization.

Stella Jemna is a seasoned project manager with over 15 years of cross-industry experience in media, non-profit, and government sectors. Throughout her career, she has successfully delivered a wide range of projects, showcasing her skills in policy implementation, stakeholder coordination, and government affairs.

Prior to joining WNISEF, Stella held the esteemed position of Chief of Staff in the Prime Minister’s Office of the Government of the Republic of Moldova. In this influential role, she played a pivotal part in driving strategic and policy priorities, overseeing organizational processes, and providing invaluable advice on critical issues.

Stella’s contributions expand beyond government work. As Program Director at the National Democratic Institute, she led the successful project “Women with Ideas” where next to the participants in the program implemented local projects and developed impactful programs for political leaders and civic activists.

Stella holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Georgia State University, USA, where she was Fulbright Scholar with a minor in Management and Finance. Additionally, she has a certificate in Western Journalism from the School of Advanced Journalism in Chisinau, Moldova, and a bachelor’s degree in finance from the Academy of Economic Studies, Moldova.

In her new role as Country Representative for Moldova at WNISEF, Stella Jemna will leverage her extensive experience and expertise to drive the fund’s strategic initiatives in the region. Her proven track record in project management, government relations, and stakeholder coordination will play a crucial role in furthering WNISEF’s mission of supporting sustainable economic development and entrepreneurship in Moldova.
