Anton Waschuk
Anton Waschuk, a Canadian national, has been a driving force at Ukraine-Moldova American Enterprise Fund since 2015. As the Director for Innovation, Education, and Entrepreneurship, Anton plays a crucial role in managing and shaping transformative initiatives across Ukraine and Moldova. His responsibilities encompass innovative financing products across innovative SME development programs, education, support for entrepreneurship and governance initiatives, and implementing leadership development programs.
Anton’s journey with Ukraine-Moldova American Enterprise Fund began as a Project Coordinator, where he contributed to start-up ecosystem initiatives. Anton has also played a pivotal role in supporting key tech, workforce development, economic migration, and euro-alignment policies in Ukraine, contributing to the organization’s positive change and growth mission.
In addition to his work at UMAEF, Anton humbly serves on the boards of Junior Achievement Ukraine and Teach for Ukraine, reflecting his commitment to education and entrepreneurship at various levels.
Anton holds a Master of Science from the London School of Economics and an H.BA from McMaster University in Political Science, with additional accreditation in Integrated Business Studies and Leadership and Management in the Non-Profit Sector.
