Irina Pascal

Irina Pascal has joined Ukraine-Moldova American Enterprise Fund (UMAEF) as a Project Coordinator in May 2025.

Irina supports all UMAEF activities in Moldova working under the leadership of Stella Jemna, UMAEF’s Moldova Country Representative.  

Irina brings over a decade of experience in grants management, project coordination, and gender mainstreaming, having worked with leading international organizations including USAID, UN Women, UNHCR, and Chemonics International. She has overseen full-cycle grant processes, conducted monitoring and evaluations, and supported projects focused on economic development, gender-responsive budgeting, and civil society development.

Irina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics (Finance and Banking) from the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova and has completed various professional trainings in project management, human rights, procurement, and results-based management.
