UMAEF-Supported UpNext Accelerator Launches Fourth Edition to Advance Moldova’s Next Generation of Tech Startups

Dreamups officially launched the fourth edition of UpNext on June 30, 2026, marking the start of a new acceleration program for Moldova’s most promising early-stage technology startups. Supported by the Ukraine-Moldova American Enterprise Fund (UMAEF), UpNext is Moldova’s only traction accelerator dedicated to MVP-stage startups, helping founders validate their products, gain market traction, and become investment-ready through expert mentorship, investor readiness training, and tailored business development support.

This year’s cohort brings together 10 innovative startups developing solutions across SaaS, artificial intelligence, AgTech, EdTech, mobility, lifestyle, and HealthTech. The launch event convened founders, mentors, investors, ecosystem partners, and alumni, creating valuable networking opportunities and laying the foundation for the startups’ growth throughout the program.

Since its launch with UMAEF’s support, UpNext has become an important driver of Moldova’s startup ecosystem. Participating companies have secured more than $265,000 in investments through the Mozaic Angel Investors Community, in addition to grants and awards from national and international programs. To date, 15 startups have successfully completed the accelerator, strengthening Moldova’s pipeline of high-potential, investment-ready technology companies.
