Startup Moldova Summit 2026 Showcases Moldova’s Growing Innovation Ecosystem

The Startup Moldova Summit 2026, held on April 22 at Chișinău Arena, once again confirmed its role as Moldova’s flagship event for startups, technology, and innovation. Bringing together more than 2,000 participants, 150 startups, 60 international speakers, and over 50 investors, the summit created a dynamic platform for collaboration, investment, and knowledge exchange, further strengthening Moldova’s position as an emerging regional hub for entrepreneurship and innovation.

Under the theme “Born in Moldova. Built for the World,” this year’s summit focused on connecting Moldovan founders with international markets, investors, and strategic partners. The program featured keynote sessions, expert panels, practical workshops, startup showcases, and executive networking opportunities, providing entrepreneurs with direct access to global expertise and potential sources of capital.

One of the event’s highlights was the Startup World Cup Moldova regional competition, where promising startups pitched their solutions for the opportunity to represent Moldova at the global finals in San Francisco and compete for a $1 million investment prize. The summit also featured Startup Alley, dedicated workshop zones, and a series of ecosystem events designed to strengthen collaboration among startups, investors, corporations, universities, and policymakers.
